During your first appointment, the septic system will be located and measured in detail. We keep a precise sketch of your system on file, so that you don't have to worry about finding the paperwork every time your tank is due for a pump out. And how do you know when it is time to empty the tank again? We will mail you a reminder postcard every year along with a $20 coupon for your next service. No two septic systems, or families are alike, so when you get the postcard - call us and we will give you an honest assessment of whether we think it's time or not.
